I was contacted by the owner of East Coast Umbrella, producer of high-quality custom umbrellas and cushions in North Carolina, who was looking for a new solar-powered LED patio umbrella to offer their commercial customers. I had previously worked with ECU on fiberglass and heavy-duty aluminum patio umbrellas.
